You need to have a way for a person to look up their subscription information on your site.
Let me be frank, I would not feel comfortable doing this as it would expose our data base to hackers.
Is there a Kindle subscription available?
Thanks,
Fran
I’m afraid they’re only available for purchase one at a time.
This is probably a fairly dense question. I’m a recent subscriber to the magazine and just received my first copy in the mail. Does my subscription come with access to the E-version? Or do I need to buy that separately? I actually prefer reading the print version but there are times when it’s more convenient to use the e-version…
I’m afraid you would have to purchase the e-version separately.
Are there any plans to make an e-subscription available? Whether through Kindle or Nook or any other e-book device/store? (Not to mention electronic copies of back issues.)
Such a plan might be what finally convinces me to buy an ebook reader.
Then I’d just have to switch my print subscription over to an e-version.
Of course, the e-version would still have to support color, what with the pictures and backgrounds and such of the print version. So until the technology catches up with the idea (no affordable color e-ink devices), I’d be looking through the magazine on my computer more than anything.
But this sort of change might also be what encourages the technology to catch up with the idea in the first place.
On the other hand, the e-version could have immediate access to the articles that are ALREADY online only, so that might be a compromise to the color thing.
I suppose I could scan in my old issues before they fall apart–for personal use only, of course. But I’d really rather have e-versions that were professionally done.
Just some suggestions, is all.
E-subscriptions could happen in the future, but there are no immediate plans at this time.
QUESTION:
Can any of Realms of Fanasty Magazine or stories be purchached in AUDIOBOOK format?
Thanks
Not at this time, sorry.
I had purchased a copy of your magazine a while back and would like to get another copy pdf would be fine but I don’t see where I can buy older stuff. Is it possible to get a copy of the dec 2007 issue??
When Warren Lapine of Tir Na Nog Press purchased Realms of Fantasy from Sovereign Media, I’m afraid part of the deal stipulated that he could not begin publishing electronic copies of the magazine until the February 2010 issue. So no copies of RoF that were published by Sovereign Media are available in digital format, sorry.
